This notice covers personal data we receive in email correspondence and business contacts (Articles 13 and 14 GDPR).

What data, why and on what basis

We process the data you provide in correspondence or that it contains: name, email address, company name and position, the content of messages and attachments. If you write on behalf of a company, your data may also come from your employer or business partner.

  • conducting correspondence and answering enquiries: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  • preparing and performing a contract, if the correspondence concerns one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • complying with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  • establishing, pursuing or defending claims: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long and who receives the data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and then until claims become time-barred. We keep accounting documents for the period required by law.

We share data with providers of services we use to run the business, only to the extent needed to provide those services. Our email runs on OVH servers in the European Economic Area. We also share data with bodies entitled to it by law.

We do not entrust data to providers outside the European Economic Area. If you correspond with us from outside the EEA, your data goes there only as part of our correspondence with you.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Prezes UODO, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa).

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot correspond with you. We do not make automated decisions or profile.
