Report an incident or vulnerability

If you notice anything suspicious in SOLUTION services, for example an email impersonating us, an unexpected change in how a service behaves, an attempt at unauthorised access or a security flaw, write to security@solution-4u.com.

If possible, include in your report:

• what it concerns (service, domain, website address),
• when it happened,
• what exactly happened (a screenshot or the text of the message).

We confirm receipt of every report and let you know the next steps. Vulnerability reports are treated confidentially; please do not disclose details publicly until the issue has been fixed.

How to stay safe

Up-to-date information about online threats and how to protect yourself is published by CERT Polska (CSIRT NASK), the Polish national computer emergency response team:

• cert.pl/en: warnings and advice for users and businesses,
• incydent.cert.pl: form for reporting incidents to CERT Polska,
• fraudulent text messages can be forwarded free of charge to 8080 (Polish mobile networks).

A few everyday rules worth following:

• use different, long passwords and a password manager,
• turn on two-factor authentication wherever possible,
• do not open attachments or links in unexpected messages, even if they appear to come from us; if in doubt, contact us through another channel,
• keep your system and browser up to date.
